It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to get stronger to compete, maybe just to feel more powerful in day to day activities, or maybe you want to get stronger during the off season of another sport. Whatever your reason for strength training and your goals, I CAN HELP YOU.
My coaching includes week to week updated programs delivered to you via app. The app I use is called Train Heroic and has amazing analytics software built in that I can further use to get you to achieve your goals. It also allows me to add video demonstrations to each exercise that will play right there in the app! Programs are updated weekly to account for unforeseen changes that can occur and allows me to be more flexible with you and your goals. Programs are delivered by Sunday night at the latest. If you purchase training from me, allow me UP TO 7 days to have your program ready by the upcoming Sunday, after your purchase date, if necessary we can rush and it can be done sooner, but that would be under special circumstances. My training style will include rpe, percentages, RIR (reps in reserve), and even times sets, tempo work, pauses, bands and even chains.
